Duo Balls
Also called Ben Wa balls, they are usually small, marble-sized balls, usually hollow and containing a small weight that rolls around. They can be used for sexual stimulation (by insertion into the vagina or anus).
Some may also be solid, or contain clappers or chimes within. Other larger versions made of plastic encasing lesser balls are generally called Duo Balls.
They are used by inserting them into the vagina or anus and using your muscles to hold them in, thereby strengthening your pelvic floor (if vaginal). They can also be inserted for general stimulation.
